Vetting procedure.
Educated Households’ educational and selection missions require a rigorous vetting procedure to be on par with your educational Household requirements.
When it comes to finding the perfect match for your Household, so that both parties can be happily satisfied, – family and tutor / educated household staff alike -, we are convinced that there is no room for amateurism.
To ascertain that our tutors, teachers, governesses, VIP nannies, butlers, house managers, estate managers, close protection staff & educated household staff will deliver the highest standard of teaching and expertise, we have put a lengthy vetting procedure in place allowing us to gauge both the professionalism and integrity of the tutors and educated household staff on our books, however time-consuming this may be.
Educated Households carries out interviews with each tutor and all educated household staff: all tutors, teachers & educated staff are subject to an Enhanced DBS Check (Criminal Record Check – Disclosure & Barring Service).
Please, bear in mind that each applicant will systematically need to produce documented evidence of their eligibility to work in the UK (for U.K.-based positions). This is a legal requirement. For further information, please click on the government’s website thereafter: “Right to Work in the U.K.”.
